Travel to Rennes
Rennes is the main city of Brittany (administrative and historical region) and is home to a large population of students with more than 1 inhabitant to 4! Rennes city is easily connected to Paris by high speed train (TGV, less than 1.5h). There is also a small airport with few international connections, and flights. Travelling by boat is also an option from UK.
Venue
The congress is hapenning on the Beaulieu campus, in the East of Rennes. The congress location can easily be reached from downtown with bus lines C4, C6, 67 (Stop 'Tournebride’) or Metro B-Line (Stop ‘Beaulieu-Université’).
Venue is in the building 2 of the Beaulieu Campus (263 Avenue du Général Leclerc, Eastern part of Rennes).
To go there, take the metro line B (stop is 'Beaulieu-Université', North of the campus) or the bus lines C4 or C6 and stop at Tournebride (South of the Campus).
Accompanying persons are entitled a welcome bag (with goodies, tee-shirt, etc.), an access to the ice breaker party on Sunday evening, to the poster sessions on Monday and Tuesday evenings (with free drinks), to the mid-congress excursion on Wednesday (Mont Saint-Michel Bay) and to the congress dinner on Thursday evening. Said that, we'll advertize on what is worth visiting in Rennes or around at the reception office, ideally with someone from the organization to accompany the accompanying persons :-)
Mide-excursion
Visit of Mont-Saint-Michel Bay (abbey and surrounding salt marshes), road along the coast, Saint Malo. Meeting at 8:30am on the campus (please check the map on the program), back around 6:30pm

Congress dinner
Congress dinner will see, among others, an introduction to traditionnal dance from Brittany, wine and cheese tasting, party!
